This time we had a long drive to Austria but it was worth it. The trial course was really nice in a beautiful place. The weather was sunny. The judge who came all the way from Scotland, Bobby Dalziel, needs no introduction.
My first run was disasterous. I made real mess out of it. But to be hones I was so nervous I couldn´t whistle properly. The ourun, lift and fatch were fine. We missed both gates on the drive and lines had a zig-zag shape. Well never mind....Sunday run was much better and Bess and I completed the whole course.
Max (Amigo) really surprised us at the weekend. Normally he never stops at the top of the field but he did this time!!! It is a shame that Martin and Max on both day didn't have time to complet the "single". Overall Max's performance was good.
I hope we will go there again as I really enjoyed this trialing weekend :-)
